Before using tripetimetour.md , we recommend that you carefully read the terms of use. By using the services of the triptimetour.md website, you agree to the Terms of Use.
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) sets out the legally binding terms of use of the tripetimetour.md services. By using the tripetimetour.md services, you accept the terms of this Agreement. The term “User” means “Visitor”. You may use the tripetimetour.md services (regardless of whether you intend to access or use them) only if you agree to comply with the provisions of the Agreement and all applicable laws. The content of the website and mobile applications, the information provided (including, the price and availability of tourist services), as well as the software and infrastructure data used to transmit the content and information are the property of the “TRIPTIME TOUR” SRL Company (hereinafter referred to as the “TripTime Tour” Company) or its affiliates, suppliers and contractors.
The company “TripTime Tour” may periodically amend this Agreement, which shall enter into force upon publication on the website triptimetour.md. By using the services of triptimetour.md after the publication of the amendments, you agree to be bound by all amendments to this Agreement. Therefore, it is recommended that you regularly review the Agreement to ensure that you are aware of the updates included in the Agreement.
1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) regulate the use of the website and the services offered by “TRIPTIME TOUR” SRL, as a business entity registered in the Republic of Moldova, headquartered in Chisinau, str. Alba Iulia 154, IDNO 1025600066631.
By accessing and using the platform, the client confirms that he has read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. Definitions
• Agency – Triptime Tour, provider of tourist services and intermediary of tourist packages offered by domestic and foreign tour operators.
• Client – natural or legal person who reserves or purchases tourist services
through the platform.
• Tourist services – tourist packages, airline tickets, accommodation, transfers, insurance,
optional activities.
• Platform – the agency’s website and online systems.

TRIPTIME TOUR is a tour package organizer, according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, having the right to create, sell and distribute its own tour packages, in accordance with Law No. 451/2001 and ANTA norms.
4. Subject of the contract
The agency offers:
- Intermediation of reservations for tourist packages and ancillary services;
- Issuance of travel documents (tickets, vouchers, invoices);
- Consulting on travel destinations and conditions;
- Sale of medical and travel insurance (if applicable).
- Excursions
The agency acts as an intermediary between the client and the real providers (tour operators, airlines, hotels, etc.).
The terms and conditions regulate the sale to the customer of tourist packages that include:
- flight
- accommodation
- transfers
- medical insurance / cancellation (if applicable)
Booking a tour package represents full acceptance of these conditions.
5. Reservations and payments
5.1. Reservations can be made online, by phone or in writing via email.
5.2. After confirmation of availability, the customer will receive an invoice and payment deadline.
5.3. Payment can be made via online payment:
- bank card,
- bank transfer.
5.4. Depending on the terms and conditions imposed by the hotels, at the time of booking you will be asked to pay in full or in part for the reserved service, and the payment will be made to the account of TRIPTIME TOUR SRL, the hotel or its representative, as the case may be.
The minimum advance payment is (30%), calculated depending on the type of tourist package,
the final remaining amount is paid starting 14 days up to 7 days before departure.
Air tickets are paid in full upon confirmation of the tourist package reservation and are not refunded.
Failure to pay on time automatically leads to the cancellation of the reservation without reimbursement of the amounts already paid.
5.5. The reservation becomes firm only after full or partial payment according to the commercial agreement.
5.6. The displayed prices may change depending on availability, exchange rate or supplier policy.
6. Travel documents
6.1. The agency sends the final documents (vouchers, tickets, policies, travel program) to the client only after full payment.
6.2. The client is responsible for checking the data entered on the documents (name, date, destination, times).
6.3. Any error communicated late may generate additional costs borne by the client.
7. Cancellations and refunds
7.1. Cancellation and refund conditions are established by suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) and will be communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2. Cancellation penalties: 10% up to 14 days before departure, 30% between 14 and 7 days before departure, 100% after 7 days before departure
7.3. In the event of cancellation by the supplier, the agency will mediate the obtaining of the refund according to the applicable legislation and policies.
7.4. Cancellations due to independent reasons (force majeure)
In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen situations (natural disasters, pandemics, instability), TRIPTIME TOUR will try to reschedule or refund within the limits legally and contractually possible.
7.5. Reservation changes
Any change (name, dates, destination, room type, etc.) is subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
8. Rights and obligations of the parties
8.1.Agency obligations
- to provide accurate information about the services offered;
- to issue travel documents after payment for services;
- to inform the client regarding the conditions for entering the country, visa, health, luggage (within the limits of available official information).
8.2.Customer obligations
- to provide correct data;
- to comply with visa, passport, mandatory vaccinations conditions;
- check travel rules, testing, restrictions;
- to respect payment deadlines and cancellation policies.
9. Liability
9.1. The Agency is not responsible for:
- cancellations or delays caused by airlines;
- schedule changes;
- force majeure situations (weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, conflicts, etc.);
- loss of luggage;
- decisions of border authorities.
9.2. The agency’s liability is limited to the amount of the brokerage commission.
10. Personal data protection
10.1. The Agency processes personal data in accordance with Law 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
The data are used exclusively for:
- making reservations,
- issuing documents,
- commercial communications (with the client’s consent).
10.2. Using the site and purchasing services involves the processing of personal data in accordance with the attached GDPR Policy.
11. Intellectual property
The content of the web page, the logo, texts, photographs and published materials are the property of TRIPTIME TOUR and cannot be copied without written consent.
12. Dispute resolution
The Terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
Any dispute shall be resolved amicably, and otherwise — in the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
13. Changes to the Terms
The Agency reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, with the modifications becoming effective from the moment of publication on the website.
