Residence Rocce Rosse is located in northern Sardinia, in a spectacular panoramic position overlooking the Gulf of Asinara and the picturesque fishing village of Isola Rossa. The area is famous for its red granite cliffs, deep blue seas and breathtaking sunsets. The complex offers a peaceful and authentic environment, ideal for tourists seeking independence, contact with nature and modern comfort. Isola Rossa is approximately 2 km away, while Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 76 km away.

The complex consists of modern apartments located in several two-story blocks, each with its own entrance and furnished in an elegant and contemporary style.

The apartments are available in configurations suitable for couples, families or groups, usually offering: A living room with a kitchenette (induction hob, microwave) and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms (one or two) and private bathroom(s). Balcony or veranda on the ground floor, some with sea view. Air conditioning, TV and other modern amenities.

The main beaches in the area are about 2 km away, in Isola Rossa: La Marinedda and Li Feruli. These are beaches with fine sand, clear waters, ideal for families and water sports. There are also small, wild coves in the area, perfect for snorkeling. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent on the beaches (for a fee).

The residence does not have its own restaurant. Each apartment is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, offering total freedom in organizing meals. Nearby, in the town of Isola Rossa, there are numerous restaurants, pizzerias, bars and grocery stores.
